Please note the following terms and conditions for use of the McEntee’s Tea Shop online or any website to which the website is linked. Our online shop is only to be used by people who are 18 years and over.

Please note that you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account which is provided to you by Realex who host the transactional element of the website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.

Personal data is stored on a remote secure server and used and is the full responsibility of Shopify who host the Website. By using our website you agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. Please also note that all information, drawings, designs, and other detail provided on the McEntee’s Tea (the ‘Website) are the exclusive property of McEntee’s Tea. In order to copy, transmit or re-transmit any information, drawings, designs, and other detail from the Website prior written approval is required from McEntee’s Tea. McEntee’s Tea solely reserve the right to place advertisements and promotions on the Website. Any advertisers or sponsors on the Website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.
3. Price Of Goods
Please be aware that the price listed on the McEntee’s Tea Shop website (the ‘Price’) for our products (the “Products”) will be as specified at the time when you place your order on the website. McEntee’s Tea are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in supplier’s prices, a change in or introduction of a new tax or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.
4. Delivery, Returns & Claims
Where a Product is to be delivered within Ireland we will endeavor to deliver the Products within 8 working days of your account order. However, delivery dates are approximate only as products are subject to availability and occasionally delays may occur. If delivery is delayed for a prolonged period the customer can contact McEntee’s Tea and will be entitled to a full refund of any money paid for those Products and any monies you have been charged for delivery. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
Where a customer wishes to return or replace a purchased item, the customer must contact McEntee’s Tea within 20 days from delivery. We will provide a full refund excluding shipping charges, but the customer must ensure that the items is in its original condition, un-used, un-opened, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where a customer wishes to returns a product, all shipping costs are payed by the customer. Unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or where there has been some other mistake by our account.
Please ensure we are notified if you are returning an item as we cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified where you cannot trace the package. If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
Please be aware that when you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). McEntee’s Tea are able to change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery cost). Where there are any breakages or you receive a damaged product a customer must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
5. Accordance With Specification
Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.
6. Safety
If any manuals or safety instructions are provided with the Products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained therein at all times. Any information contained on the Website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the Products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.

Please be aware that the information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed ‘200.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the Website (including, in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the Website.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident.
